Gradient Mesh

 






















   
Originally for the gradient mesh I planned on doing a mason jar filled with flowers, but it was too challenging. I switched to re-creating a nail polish bottle, which wasn't too hard. I struggled with getting the color and shape right, especially the transparency part of the bottle. It wasn't too bad but for next time, I would like to create the separate shapes and make it look more like the object. The poster is going to be the next project and with that I want to do a better job with color and making it a better project.

Multiplicity

      The multiplicity project was one of my favorite assignments. For this project in particular we had top photoshop ourselves into an open space 6 different times. I decided to do a open room in a friend's house, and change my outfit so I looked like different characters. I wanted the theme for this assignment to be people winding down at night and relaxing after a long day of working. I liked playing with the lighting and different positions of myself, and putting it all together. The hardest part was probably positioning myself and taking the pictures all from the same angle of the room.

        For this project we had to use html code to create 20 shapes. This was my first time doing any type of coding, and to be honest I cried during 90% of this assignment. It was difficult getting things to save on my computer and it had trouble keeping up with shapes I was making. At times the code even though it was right did not transfer well to the canvas. I had to start over since I had lost my original attempt, but I still finished it and that's all that matters. Thank you hurricane Dorian for an extended time to work on this because home girl needed the extra hours for this assignment. I really really don't like code but I am determined to get better at it during this course.

Arc Canvas Project

     This coding project was based on the code for creating arcs that we learned in class. I found it easier to make these shapes than the ones we learned before which were a square and a triangle. It didn't take as long for me to finish this project. However this still makes me want to cry, but it's fine im learning through the tears. :')
